Depending on the flavor, each Hammer Bar contains between 182-230 calories, 25-27 grams of carbohydrates, 4-10 grams of protein, and 7-11 grams of healthy fats.

You might want to mix different fuels. When you do that, make sure to get the correct amount of calories. Say you weigh between 55-70 kg. That means you need around 100-150 kcal per hour. If you want to mix Energy Gel with HEED, for example, you can take 80 calories from the Energy Gel, and 40 from HEED. You still get the correct amount of calories you need, which are around 100-150 kcal, but you are using different fuels. When you mix, don’t go over your recommended amount of calories per hour. Too many calories can hurt your stomach.
